Indian Favorites menus are classic Indian meals for those who have been to India, or
are familiar with Indian food, and want to learn how to make meals not normally found
in restaurants. These menus feature two meat entrees.

Parsi Meal ($55 per person)  
Follow the call of “jamva chalo ji – “let’s eat!” in Parsi Gujarathi. This delicious meal
brings you dishes closely associated with the Parsi (Zoroastrian) community in India.
Welcome drink: Parsi chai - sweet spiced black tea laced with lemongrass
Lamb Dhansak - a rich, spicy stew of lentils, vegetables and lamb
Browned Rice - a traditional accompaniment for dhansak, cooked with browned onions
Beef Kebabs - delicious morsels of ground beef laced with ginger, garlic and spices
Cachumbar - an Indian version of pico de gallo
Parsi Custard - a rich creme caramel so thick you can cut it like a cake!

Goan Meal ($55 per person)
Inspired by swaying palm trees, pristine beaches and the laidback atmosphere of Goa
(a former Portuguese colony) this menu features the signature dishes in Goan cuisine.
Welcome drink: Lime Juice Spritzer - sweetened lime juice with a spritz of club soda
Goa Fish Curry -  a spicy red coconut-based curry - a Goan classic!
Chicken Crumb Chops - chicken tenders dipped in a spicy marinade and fried with
bread crumbs
Brown or White Rice – cooked to perfection
Foogath - vegetable stir-fried with desiccated coconut
Fresh fruit salad - with tropical fruit, and Goan cashew nuts!

Hyderabadi Feast ($55 per person)
Drawing from the rich tradition of Islamic culture in India, this menu is inspired by the
sumptuous banquets held by the royal families of Hyderabad
Welcome Drink: Lassi - a delicious yoghurt smoothie
Lamb Biriyani - long-grain basmati rice cooked with marinated meat and potatoes and
infused with saffron
Chicken Malai Kebabs - lightly grilled chicken tenders marinated in cream and spices
Raita - a fresh and tasty yoghurt salad
Kheer - an exotic rice pudding laced with nuts, raisins and strands of saffron
