Yoghurt or “dahi” is a staple of Indian food. Rich in calcium, proteins and active cultures
that help with digestion, plain yoghurt is often served to temper the effects of fiery spices.

Green Tandoori Chicken - boneless chicken thighs marinated in yoghurt and grilled to
perfection
Kadhi - a yoghurt-based curry with fried chickpea dumplings and served over steamed
rice
Raita - a fresh and tasty yoghurt salad

been incorporated into the cuisine of Indian states that are blessed with this versatile
plant.
Welcome drink: Nimbu pani - fresh lime juice sweetened with cane sugar
Green Coconut Chutney - a delicious spread made with cilantro and limes
Fish/Shrimp Caldine - a mild yellow coconut curry
Foogath - vegetable stir-fried with desiccated coconut
Steamed Rice (brown or white)
Ale-bele - crepes stuffed with fresh grated coconut and white raisins
